The Indiana Department of Health recently updated their COVID-19 Dashboard, removing the Blue, Yellow, Orange, and Red status levels.

Know Your COVID-19 Community Level
The COVID-19 Community Levels on the CDC website is a tool that shows communities levels of COVID-19. Levels can be low, medium, or high and are determined by looking at hospital beds being used, hospital admissions, and the total number of new COVID-19 cases in an area. Please keep in mind, when a positive case is reported to the school a general notice will be sent to families of the classroom where the positive case was reported.
Due to privacy laws, including HIPPA and FERPA, the district cannot divulge further information regarding staff members or students that test positive. Should numbers of cases within a school or the corporation rise above acceptable levels, state and local health departments will advise the corporation regarding necessary interventions and or closings. In the interim, the guidance is to look at each case individually and quarantine anyone that is determined to have been within close contact.
